Rebooting DSL/Video

Turn off the STB  with the Remote
Pull the power plug on the STB
Count to 10 and plug in STB
Turn on STB with Remote
Try TV(making sure it is on correct channel for video)

Still not working
Turn off the STB with the Remote
Pull the power plug on the STB
Pull the power plug on the Switch
Pull the power plug on the Modem
Count to 10
Plug in the Modem
Get a sold DSL Light
Plug in the Switch
Plug in the STB
Turn on STB with Remote
Try TV(making sure it is on correct channel for video)
(Still not working, call it in)

Rebooting Wireless

Turn off computer.
Pull the power plug from the back of Router,  Hub or Switch, (if they have one).
Pick up Air Bridge and pull the power plug from back of Air Bridge.
(If they do not have Air Bridge just unplug the ethernet cable from the wall)
Count to 10.
Plug in the Air Bridge.(or cable to wall)
Plug in the Router, Hub, or Switch, (if they have one).
Make sure that there is at least a power light on.
Boot Computer.
Check Internet for page, try going to another page.

Rebooting Teton Wireless

Turn off computer.
Pull the power plug from the back of Router,  Hub or Switch, (if they have one).

Pull the power plug from the back of the Modem
Pick up Air Bridge and pull the power plug from back of Air Bridge.
(If they do not have Air Bridge just unplug the ethernet cable from the wall)
Count to 10.
Plug in the Air Bridge.(or cable to wall).

Plug in the modem wait for solid on line light
Plug in the Router, Hub, or Switch, (if they have one).
Make sure that there is at least a power light on.
Boot Computer.
Check Internet for page, try going to another page.

Rebooting DSL

Turn off computer
Pull the power plug from the back of Router,  Hub or Switch, (if they have one).
Pick up Modem and pull the power plug from back of Modem.(Hold on to that cable)
Count to 10.
Plug in the Modem.
Ask what lights are on and solid.
Wait for solid DSL, Ready or PPP light.
Plug in the Router, Hub, or Switch, (if they have one).
Make sure that there is at least a power light on.
Boot Computer.
Check Internet for page, try going to another page.
